Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Coventry and cover the whole West Midlands, including Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Rugby, and surrounding towns. If you’re just outside the area, drop us a message – we often travel a little further for the right event.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. We can deliver, set up, and sound-check your equipment so you’re ready to go. We also offer a collection option if you’d rather pick it up yourself.
How far in advance should I book?
If you can, book at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially in summer when dates fill up quickly. Early birds not only secure their date but can save up to 15% with our advance booking discounts.
Can you help me choose the right equipment?
Absolutely. Tell us about your event, venue, and audience size, and we’ll recommend a setup that fits. From small PA systems for intimate gatherings to full outdoor rigs, we’ll match the gear to your needs.
What types of events do you work with?
We’ve done everything from equestrian competitions and school sports days to weddings, conferences, and live gigs. If it needs shelter, sound, or lighting we’re in.
Is the equipment easy to use?
Usually and if you’d like, we’ll walk you through everything during setup so you’re confident before we leave.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
Our gear is maintained and tested before every hire, but if you hit a snag, we’re just a phone call away. We’ll troubleshoot with you and, if needed, get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer packages?
We do. Choose from our ready-made packages or mix and match items to build your own. Either way, we’ll make sure it all works together perfectly.
Can I hire for just one day?
Yes. We offer day hire, weekend hire, and longer-term rentals.
